Welcome!

First, have a phone interview with AASW Director, Robyn Avalon. To schedule an interview, contact Robyn at 505-679-2596 or by email at alexandersw@earthlink.net.

Following your phone interview, please send all necessary information to AASW, PO Box 124, Coyote, NM 87012.

Please include the following:

1. A completed Teacher Training Application form, available from the AASW (office@alexandersw.com),
2. a copy of your resume,
3. a letter of recommendation from your Alexander teacher (if applicable),
4. a letter indicating why you are interested in becoming an Alexander Teacher and how you envision yourself incorporating the Work into your life,
5. a draft of the type of training program you are interested in – fulltime, part-time, with local apprenticeship in your area, etc – the details of your actual program will be designed and agreed upon in writing with AASW Director,
6. any additional information you would like to present.
   

Upon receipt of your application packet, you will be contacted for a second phone interview, or to arrange for a visit to the school. You are welcome and encouraged to join any Training Event as our guest while you are considering the AASW program.

If you are accepted, you and the AASW Director will carefully design a program that best suits your life and needs.
