Curriculum
The curriculum includes experiential anatomy/body mapping, pedagogy, somatic studies, traditional and contemporary hands-on techniques and the skills for teaching individuals and groups through activities. Students gain the necessary kinesthetic, theoretical, philosophical, and pedagogical understanding to fully embody Alexander's principles in their lives, and to impart that life experience to others.
