A kinesthetic, experiential workshop for Equestrians, Trainers and Movement Educators

This hands-on workshop will explore how to help riders develop the sensory awareness necessary for rider and horse to truly move as one. Using the best applications of the Alexander Technique and the principles of Centered Riding©, this workshop is open to riders of all levels and disciplines. It includes both un-mounted awareness lessons and mounted lessons, hands-on-work on riders & where appropriate, horses.

The workshop qualifies for Centered Riding© Alternate Update & Alexander Alliance Teacher Training Credits.

The workshop has been held in Santa Fe, NM and most recently, in Victoria, BC at the home of Centered Riding Instructor, Level 111 & AASW Alexander Student Teacher, Kathy Jawls.
